  • Level 3 Upcoming Maintenance / Carrier Upgrades

    Level 3 has notified us of upcoming maintenance to their network that will affect our upstream circuit for our Denver, Colorado location. Below is a summary of the maintenance notice we’ve received from them.

    Level 3 Communications will implement scheduled maintenance to migrate circuits to new optimum path to improve reliability.

    6:00 AM – 12:00 PM GMT
    Max Outage Duration: 1 Hour

    During this time our operations in Denver will be offline / unavailable. This includes VPS servers, dedicated servers, shared hosting, TeamSpeak as well as our Email services. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support department.

  • Office / Outlook 2016 IMAP Issues

    Many customers have upgraded to Microsoft Office 2016 only to find out that they cannot delete emails through Outlook. We’ve confirmed the issue with SmarterMail, they’ve been able to reproduce this issue and their developers are working to find the cause and resolve this annoyance.

    If you use Outlook currently with IMAP we recommend you do not upgrade to Office / Outlook 2016 until this issue has been resolved. Thank you to everyone who has reported this issue, we will post an announcement once the issue has been resolved.

  • Storage / RAID Upgrade for WEB14

    This Saturday, September 26th at 6PM MDT we will be upgrading our WEB14 web server’s storage system to SSD-based disks. This upgrade will allow maximum performance for this server.

    We expect this upgrade to take up to 4 hours. During this time all sites and FTP accounts on WEB14 will be unavailable. This will be the final RAID system upgrade for this server, the previous RAID upgrade involved migrating from our older RAID system into the newer storage system that supports SSD drives.

    Max Outage Duration: 4 Hours (We are only expecting 2 hours, but it may take the full scheduled duration).

  • TS01-IL TeamSpeak Outage (Resolved)

    Our TS01-IL TeamSpeak server is currently experiencing an unexpected outage. We are working with our upstream provider to find the cause is and resolve it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

    UPDATE 12:25PM MDT – The issue has been resolved, services have returned to normal

  • Upcoming TeamSpeak Scheduled Maintenance (TS01-CA, TS01-GA, and TS01-UK)

    Our upstream provider for these 3 locations has alerted us to upcoming emergency maintenance to improve the quality of service with them. They’ve scheduled a 1-hour maintenance window, but expect it to only last 30-minutes.

    The following locations / servers will be under maintenance beginning at the times provided. Please keep in mind that while our upstream provided has stated it should not take longer than 30 minutes, they have allocated up to 1-hour to complete this maintenance.

  • Weekend Server Maintenance Completed

    The scheduled server maintenance this weekend has been completed without issues. Both the WEB14 and WEB16 server systems are online and running smoothly. The networking issue that plagued WEB14 this past week causing multiple outages has been resolved, steps to ensure this does not happen again to any of our new cloud platforms have been put in place. The WEB16 server system has successfully been migrated over to a full SSD-backed RAID array, the new SSDs will increase the performance of this platform greatly! More responsive and faster loading websites, quicker file transfers for FTP / SFTP clients and improved load times for large .NET applications.

    We appreciate everyone’s patience this past week while we dealt with the networking issues with WEB14 and completed the WEB16 SSD migration. WEB15-based clients are next on the SSD migration as we work to improve our systems!

  • WEB14 Emergency Maintenance

    Within the next hour we will be performing emergency maintenance on the WEB14 server system. We will be addressing the network issue that is causing the server to go down randomly during the early morning hours every day or so this past week. We have traced the issue down to a power issue that causes the network equipment to lockup and no longer respond. We expect the required changes to take no longer than 10 – 15 minutes.
