  • Are trial versions of the WHMCS modules available?

    At this time there are no trials, trial licenses or “limited functionality” versions to test our WHMCS module offerings with.

    Why are trial versions not available?

    Offering fully functioning versions to anyone opens up the possibility of our modules being “decoded” or “nulled” and then installed without purchasing a valid usage license.

  • MX01 SmarterMail Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance

    This evening at 10PM MST we will be restarting our SmarterMail system to apply the new release of SmarterMail 15 that resolves many issues and further improves the SmarterMail product.

  • MX01 Emergency Maintenance

    No comments January 7th, 2017

    This evening at 11PM MST we will be restarting our SmarterMail system to apply an emergency patch meant to resolve the issue of not being able to add contacts through the webmail interface. This is an issue that over 3 dozen customers have contacted us about since reported several weeks ago. The update was released several weeks ago, but was held off due to the holidays. Due to the nature of the issue and the impact it produces (not being able to add contact is a problem) we are applying this build ahead of the SmarterMail 16 release.

  • Can I install my own SSL certificate for SmarterMail?

    Yes, we do allow our customers to supply us with their own SSL certificate to secure our SmarterMail webmail interface with their own domain name. The price is $3 monthly or $30 annually. This does not include the SSL certificate, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide ASPnix with the certificate as well as notify ASPnix of the certificate expiration and providing the renewed certificate for installation.

    This feature only affects the webmail interface through a browser. This does not offer SSL changes or hostname changes for any other servers and services within SmarterMail.
