  • Upcoming Networking/Infrastructure Maintenance

    Our network administration team will be performing maintenance and upgrades to our core routers. This maintenance will include upgrades the equipment OS as well as configuration changes. Please expect periods of no network connectivity, packet loss and latency spikes. During this maintenance window, websites, email, databases and any other servers and services within our CenturyLink facility in Denver, Colorado will be unavailable. Services that outside of this location will not be affected, however, access to control panels and management systems will be unavailable.

  • TeamSpeak Servers Offline/Online (Resolved)

    We are working with TeamSpeak support to address an issue with several of our TeamSpeak 3 locations and servers not able to communicate with the TS licensing system. This is causing servers to go offline/online randomly. We currently do not have an exact timeframe on when the issue will be resolved, we will update this announcement with more information as needed.

    Update: As of 9:05AM MDT – The issue has been resolved.

  • SmarterMail Upcoming Maintenance

    This evening, May 24th at 10PM MDT we will be performing an update to our primary SmarterMail server, build 7082. This build has many bug fixes and improvements.

    • Resolves issues with certain non-English characters displaying as question mark characters
    • Conference rooms set to Everyone do not auto-attach for new users
    • Modifying a task generates a new ID for that task
    • Error toast not always shown when trying to delete a read-only email.
    • Reenabled HTML view in message archiving
    • Scenario where an incorrect email may be occasionally unflagged
    • Task reminders are firing after task start times
    • When stripping the mailing list password from the subject, the subject line wasn’t always being re-encoded properly
    • When creating/editing an appointment recurrence, the correct day of week may not be reflected

    And numerous other fixes and improvements.

    During this time, our incoming gateways will process and hold any incoming email and deliver them once we have completed the update.

  • SmarterMail Upcoming Maintenance

    This evening, May 9th at 10PM MDT we will be performing an update to our primary SmarterMail server, build 7068. This build has many bug fixes and improvements.

    • Numerous UTC time offset issues in webmail resolved
    • Untrusting a sender no longer moves the message to the Junk Email folder
    • “Appointment occurs in the past” warming prompt may show when it should not
    • All-day appointments within +UTC timezones shows a day earlier in webmail when added through Outlook EAS
    • Attachments in Outlook for Mac do not always show as inline or as attachments
    • Renaming a category does not update the associated appointments and notes
    • Browser console errors when adding a task via the email “Add Task” option

    And numerous other fixes and improvements.

    During this time, our incoming gateways will process and hold any incoming email and deliver them once we have completed the update.

  • Upcoming TeamSpeak Service Changes

    We will be updating all TeamSpeak servers to enforce the use of the latest TeamSpeak client build, 3.2.5 that was released on April 17th, 2019. This update addressed a security vulnerability in the Qt library that the client relies on.

    This change will occur on Saturday, May 4th. There will be no downtime required for this change, however, users who are not running this client build will no longer be able to connect to our TeamSpeak servers and instances.

    Most installations should have or will update automatically, if not, the latest version can be downloaded at https://www.teamspeak.com/downloads. You can also manually check for updates by opening the TeamSpeak client and selecting the “Help” menu item and then selecting “Check for Update” option.
