We will be performing an emergency upgrade to our MX01 SmarterMail server within the next 5 – 10 minutes. During this time the primary MX01 server will be offline. We will be moving the SmarterMail installation / mail data to the new RAID card / RAID array from the previous update. This update will increase the RAID storage size 4x and will improve performance nearly 1000% from the current system. This will also increase the stability and reliability of our SmarterMail system and services.
We understand that the outages do interrupt users and make it hard to conduct daily activities, however we promise that the updates and brief outages will be worth it!
We expect this update to take no longer than 30 minutes.
