    My Windows control panel account is locked out, how do I unlock it?

    Your Windows control panel account becomes locked out (login disabled) when too many invalid login attempts have been made against it. You can easily unlock your account in the billing system at https://billing.aspnix.com/clientarea.php.

    Follow the very simple steps below to unlock your control panel account…

    1. Proceed to the ASPnix client area and login at https://billing.aspnix.com/clientarea.php[singlepic id=6 w=400 h=250 float=]
    2. Select the “My Services” link from the client area navigation bar [singlepic id=7 w=400 h=250 float=]
    3. Select the service which you wish to unlock the account for by pressing the icon located to the right of the service [singlepic id=9 w=400 h=250 float=]
    4. Under the “Control Panel Account Security” section change the status to “Enabled” and press the “Update” button [singlepic id=31 w=400 h=250 float=]

    You have now successfully unlocked / enabled your Windows control panel account! If you have any questions please contact our sales or billing department.
