We are currently working with the technicians in our data-center that provides service for the WEB03-DE web server to help isolate and resolve an outage affecting our services into this location. We have not received specifics from our data-center about the issue that is preventing the server from being accessible.
We do not have an ETA at this time for when this will be resolved, however as more information comes to us we will update you.

Update: The report we’ve received has stated that they’ve had a full network failure for multiple nodes throughout their data-center affecting several thousand servers (us being one some of those). We are waiting for them to provide us with an ETA as to when they can resolve this.
Update 2: We’ve received further information that this should be resolved within the next few hours. We were told around 2PM CET they expect the issues to be resolved. While the issue will be resolved, we still still expect a few hiccups as they tweak all the equipment and finalize the installations of the new network hardware.
