Our USA network and primary carrier, Level 3, has notified us that they are planning scheduled upgrades to networking equipment that will affect our services. This has been scheduled between August 7th at 11PM and August 8th at 3AM MST (5AM and 9AM GMT) and will last no longer than 30 minutes. During this time all servers and services within our USA data-center will be offline. This planned outage is being done by Level 3 in order to upgrade hardware and networking components to help Level 3’s network performance and reliability.
