Our carrier for our US network in Denver (Level 3) appears to be suffering some routing issues as we are seeing many failed hops within the Level 3 Denver nodes. We’ve already contacted Level 3 to see exactly what the issue is and when it will be resolved, we are still waiting for a response from them.
At this time we have no ETA as to when services will be restored 100% as we are not sure what the issue is.
We will update this post with more information as we receive it.

Judging by our WinMTR / tracert tests that are doing from other US locations as well as outside the US it appears that Level 3 is having some major issues.
