US Network Outage (Denver) / Loss of Service (Resolved)

Our carrier for our US network in Denver (Level 3) appears to be suffering some routing issues as we are seeing many failed hops within the Level 3 Denver nodes. We’ve already contacted Level 3 to see exactly what the issue is and when it will be resolved, we are still waiting for a response from them.

At this time we have no ETA as to when services will be restored 100% as we are not sure what the issue is.

We will update this post with more information as we receive it.

  1. Service has been restored to our circuits and all servers are now online and functioning normally. We were told by Level 3 that this was emergency maintenance to several other circuits and routers that affected our equipment as well.
