We are working closely with our network technicians and 3rd party network providers to find the exact cause of the random latency spikes and packet loss. Unfortunately it is a complicated issue as there are many parties involved and getting the right one to own up to the issue and get it resolved is hard. However, we are looking into the cause. This issue only appears to affect certain areas of the US and certain ISPs as not everyone experiences such issues.
Network / latency problems include…
- Higher than normal latency / ping response time
- Erratic latency / ping response time
- Choppy / poor voice quality
- Connection loss or inability to connect
