We are working to address a licensing issue affecting the SmarterStats system. The issue is prohibiting many functions of the SmarterStats system from working. The “log analyzers” are still working to gather site stats however and no site statistical information will be lost of missed during this time. Stats sites cannot be added, removed or managed through the control panel at this time.
We expect this issue to be resolved later on today – as soon as we hear anything from the SmarterTools team we will update you.
