We’ve issued a restart to our SmarterMail services in order to apply a custom build that should fix an issue with POP3 threads not being properly cleaned up and released causing the service to stall. This update should hopefully resolve the stability issues with the system as well as address issues with accounts being locked in the indexing queue due to POP3 thread not being closed.
