    SQL Server SSL Encryption is enabled on MSSQL01-DE.

    You can enable SQL Server encryption in your database connection string and SQL Server management studio to manage your database over secure channel.

  9. I resolved problem : WindowsXP doesn’t support AES, TLS encryption;(Vista and Windows7 supports) if you upgrade OS works..
