We’ve supported MVC 3.0 for over a year now. We also support v1.0 and v2.0

do you support System.Web.Mvc, Version=5.2.3.0?
Yes. MVC 5 and higher are are not installed on the server, as Microsoft has created packages for MVC and other projects going forward. So you will need to provide those libraries with your application when you publish it.
