We’ve issued an restart to the SmarterMail service due to monitoring errors and high latency / response times from the HTTP and POP3 services. While the server was still online, the high latency / response times from the services could cause issues to users within the webmail interface as well as utilizing the POP3 services.
We are in constant contact with the SmarterMail development team at SmarterTools, we will pass this information and all diagnostic logs to them for review so that any issues can be resolved in a later build of SmarterMail.
