Clients who have a PayPal subscription with us have most likely received a notification that it was canceled. We’ve canceled all PayPal subscriptions due to pricing changes, knowing this would cause issues with incomplete payments. If you use PayPal subscriptions, you will need to create a new subscription when your next renewal invoice is generated. Simply login before the due date of the invoice and select “PayPal Subscription” icon as the payment option.
