The following events or “hooks” within WHMCS are supported currently for push notifications. Please note however that the customer has the option to enable / disable notifications that he or she may want to or not want to receive.

  • Invoice Reminder
  • Invoice Paid
  • Invoice Refunded
  • Invoice Cancelled
  • Invoice Late-Fee Added

Support Tickets

  • New Support Ticket
  • Ticket User Reply
  • Ticket Admin / Staff Reply
  • Ticket Status Change
  • Ticket Viewed by Admin / Staff
  • Ticket Closed
