Even though they do not have a PayPal account, they can still make a payment to you through the PayPal checkout system. The PayPal checkout system has an option for "Don't have a PayPal account?". The member can select this option and make payment with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. PayPal also supports Prepaid Gift Cards issued by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
