GoDaddy is great at one thing — and it's not hosting
GoDaddy's superpower is being a one-stop shop for someone setting up their first domain, website, and email. The integrated checkout flow that bundles a domain, hosting, email, and SSL into one cart is genuinely useful for non-technical buyers.
For developers shipping production apps on the Microsoft stack, that integration becomes friction. Specific runtime versions, IIS configuration depth, SQL Server tuning, multi-app-pool isolation — these aren't priorities in a platform optimized for first-time site owners.
What ASPnix does that GoDaddy doesn't

Is SQL Server included with GoDaddy hosting?

Will the migration cause downtime?
Done correctly, migration causes minimal downtime — typically the time it takes for DNS to propagate after the cutover. We replicate your sites, databases, and email on ASPnix infrastructure first, verify everything works, and then update DNS. For most sites this is a few minutes of perceived interruption at most.
