Refund Policy: Timeframes, Prorations, and Exceptions
Our refund policy differs per product. Shared and reseller hosting: 30 days. Servers: 7 days. TeamSpeak: 5 days from signup. No prorated refunds. Non-refundable items include domain registrations, SSL certificates, WHMCS modules, dedicated IPs, and custom work. TOS violations void refunds.
