    What is the ASPnix refund policy? Are prorated refunds given?

    We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for shared hosting accounts (including Hosted email solutions), a 7 day money-back guarantee for VPS, VPN, and Dedicated solutions, and a 5 day money-back guarantee for TeamSpeak hosting, so you can try our services risk-free! Refunds are not offered on the following items…

    • Domain registrations, transfers, renewals and other domain related fees.
    • Dedicated IP addresses and related setup fees
    • Control panel module and related setup fees
    • ActiveSync licenses
    • Setup fees for dedicated servers (where paid / required)
    • Any “custom” work such as installation of 3rd party products, configuration of 3rd party products etc.
    • SSL certificates
    • WHMCS addon modules, payment gateways, hooks and other licensed software sold by ASPnix

    To receive your refund, please submit a cancellation request within the refund time period. Refunds are not given for services that are outside of the money-back guarantee period.

    Refunds are not offered for Bitcoin payments, all sales are final for Bitcoin based payments.

    We do not offer prorated refunds. Example: If you sign up for a year, and after 3 months you wish to cancel, you will not receive any refund, or a prorated amount based on your unused time. After the money-back guarantee window has passed all sales are final.
