My PayPal account is still being charged / sending money for services I do not have or I switched to a different payment method, why?

    September 26th, 2020March 4th, 2012 by ASPnix Support

This is a very common issue that is easily solved by contacting PayPal. The reason that this happens is when you purchased hosting from us using PayPal you most likely selected a “Subscription” based payment through PayPal. With this subscription, PayPal automatically sends payments to us and alerts our billing system. When you canceled or switched payment methods you did not terminate the subscription through PayPal. The following PayPal support article will help you cancel the subscription and stop future automatic payments.

If you are no longer a customer, please contact us so that we may issue a refund for any extra monies sent. If you are still a customer, any monies sent automatically from the PayPal subscription are not lost, they are automatically added to your ASPnix credit as an over payment.
