This evening at 6PM MDT we will be performing a hardware upgrade of the WEB09 web server. We expect this to not take any longer than 20 minutes. During this time all services on the WEB09 web server will be unavailable. We’d ask that you not submit any support tickets during this time period. As soon as the upgrade is complete we will update this post.
This upgrade will resolve errors with websites giving server 500 errors randomly, PHP memory exceptions and the SmarterStats service going offline at random times.
